DELIVERY TERMS
The AYDEN MARINE MODELER & CALCULATION software is delivered exclusively through digital means. No physical shipment is involved. All delivery, activation, and installation processes are handled online.
1. Delivery Method
After completing the annual license purchase on aydenmarine.com, the user can access the following information via the "Your Orders" section on their profile page:
Order Number
Order Date
Valid From
Valid Till
Status (under Actions): Marked as successfully completed
The installation file and license key (serial number) can be downloaded or viewed from this section.
2. License Activation
During installation, the user must enter their system-generated license key and registered username. Once the activation is successful, the software will display the message “Licensed to [username]” in the top-right corner of the main screen.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is immediate upon successful payment. The license key and installation file are automatically assigned to the user’s account.
4. Platform Compatibility
The software is compatible only with Windows operating systems. It does not support MacOS, Linux, or mobile platforms.
5. License Verification
The software periodically performs online license verification. If there is no internet connection, the software can continue to operate within a defined offline usage limit. After this threshold is exceeded, the software will be temporarily disabled until an internet connection is re-established.
6. Device Change and License Transfer
If the user wishes to install the software on a different device while the license is still valid, they must send a request via email to [email protected] or [email protected].
Upon request, the license on the current device will be deactivated, freeing the serial number. The user may then reinstall and activate the software on the new device using the same serial number.
